If you are traveling with only one personal item - this is the bag you need. I've flown on a ton of budget airlines with this bag the last two years and i've never had to put it in the size bin once. It's super roomy so I can fit everything I need. Usually its one pair of slim shoes, a packing cube or two, one toiletry bag, laptop, a pouch for all my chargers and then a few other random pieces. The only downside is that your shoulder will get tired (I'm usually a backpack girl) but the plus side is you can use it as a pillow if you get the row to yourself! It comes in a bunch of colors.
