One Ingredient Chocolate Mousse 🍫 Ingredients: ▫️ ½ cup chocolate chips , I like dark ▫️ ⅔ cups water, cold Instructions: ▫️ Add the chocolate chips and water to a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth but bubbly. 
▫️ Pour into ramekins and refrigerate overnight.
