A consistent theme. Here, natural placemats and coordinating napkin rings bring in some elements of flora along with the wildflowers in the vase. Linens. To avoid being too matchy-matchy, choose a contrasting runner and napkins to break it up. Mine are both patterned, but the runner’s pattern is a bit looser and adds some texture to the table’s foundation. Multiple beverage options. There are two styles of wine on the table for guest’s individual tastes and to correspond with the meal. Bubbles are always appropriate. Keeping it non-alcoholic?
