Good morning!! One of our New Year’s Resolutions was to start every morning with a mood-boosting routine to set the stage for a good day ☀️

Goal: Start each day with warm lemon water! It’s so much easier to juice a bunch of lemons 🍋 once every couple weeks & pour the juice into an ice cube tray. Roughly 1/2 a lemon per cube gives you so many health benefits & it’s super easy to just pop a cube in your hot water each morning!

Health Benefits of Lemon Water:
- promotes hydration
- good source of Vitamin C
- supports weight loss & provides antioxidants
- potentially improves skin
- aids in digestion
- freshens breath
- prevents kidney stones
