The hardest part of working out, for me, is carving out the time to get to the gym or studio. I’ve finally found a convenient time and place to make it happen, and I couldn’t be happier. The Pilates reformer is exactly the type of workout I’m looking for right now. It’s a hard work out, but not to the point of causing inflammation. And it’s definitely full body. I think the key to exercise is switching it up to fit your life and whatever stage you may be in. For me, this is it right now. What have y’all been doing? Are there any new workouts out there I should try? Also, I’m linking my leggings that don’t move around when I work out, my tank and my sports bra.
