I finally received the delivery of my new piece. It was a crazy run around, with the shipping company. They called and scheduled the first appointment and followed up with a confirmation call. The driver wasn’t able to get to me that day, and said they would call me Monday to reschedule, they never called me again. After I called them multiple, multiple times over 3 weeks, I sent a message to the brand here through Instagram and the piece was delivered that same day. However, I am putting that behind me because it’s over. Just saying you really need to jump in and be your own best advocate in all situations to get things accomplished. Have a wonderful day.
