How did I not know about this sooner? The struggle is real. I need to thaw meat for dinner but it keeps floating to the top of the water and won't thaw fast enough. I love this silicone gadget that keeps any size and shape of meat submerged so it thaws a lot faster. Now I don't have to baby the meat while juggling the rest of dinner prep.
