AD | Whilst I love hosting and cooking for our family and friends, it’s those quiet mornings in the kitchen that I savour the most. A slow Saturday making some scrambled eggs on toast with the @waitrose No.1 Heather Honey Smoked Salmon from bees that forage on Scotland’s heather-covered moorlands, giving the honey its distinctive flavour - that’s a dream brunch situation right there. There are plenty of new products to discover in the newly relaunched No.1 range (including a Pistachio Croissant - that’s next on my list!), it’s too good to save for special occasions.
