This finishing powder has water and niacinamide so when you put it on your face, it has a cooling effect, but it instantly mattifies your face, but still keeps it looking hydrated. It’s lightweight and doesn’t dry out my skin! The cooling sensation was really interesting. Ill definitely use this all the time as my finishing powder!
