It’s been a long time since my CrossFit days, but I’ve always loved strength training. I’m starting to lift a bit heavier since having Charles and the right shoes make such a difference when lifting.
I LOVE these @adidas Dropset 3 shoes for my workouts. They’re made specifically for stability which helps reduce the risk of injury (flat, grounded shoes are critical for lifting, especially as you increase weight). hey’re comfortable but aren’t too heavy or stiff so I can still do plyometric movements. These are also wider than standard fits from Adidas, which helps when your feet swell while working out. Plus, they’re super cute. :)
