Target Tuesday — dress or pants? 😍 I liked both of these a lot in classic black and they’re under $30 plus come in more colors! The dress has wonderful stretchy material and is SUCH a flattering cut! I got my normal size S. The pants have no stretch. I am in my normal size 4, but they did feel a little tight, although looked good. If between sizes, I’d recommend sizing up.
