We went to the beach last week and as moms often do, I set up the beach site while the kids ran off to play. By the time they came back I had hoisted the umbrella, arranged the towels, and (obviously) fired up my beach playlist. My daughter immediately noticed the music and asked, “Whose speaker is that?” When I replied that it was mine she pressed further. “You brought that all the way from home?” Yes. I absolutely did haul my speaker in my carry-on across the country and THEN lug it 4 blocks to the beach. Why? Because music sets a mood. And for me, a good background soundtrack is essential for everything from a quiet night cooking dinner to a big day at the lake. I have a Sonos system in our house, a big outdoor speaker for the lake, a portable JBL for travel. And when I design a space that I want to LIVE WELL for VRBO guests or clients, I try to include a speaker that blends seamlessly into the design and provides that extra opportunity for an ambience upgrade that will improve the client’s experience. For this vintage-heavy cabin, a Marshall Bluetooth unit on the bar was the obvious choice. When I walk in the door the first thing I do is flip the little switch (so satisfying). If you’re looking for a speaker with great sound and really cool style… this is the one. And if you’re not normally a music person, I challenge you to play a playlist you love today while doing something you usually do in silence. Gardening, cooking, getting ready… pay attention to how it elevates your experience! bluetoothspeaker walmartfinds shelfdecor cabindecor barstyling speaker LTKHome
