Pair 2- I am wearing a 27 here with the 30 inseam. Pair 3- Wearing 26 petite here. Perfect for flats. Pair 4- these stretch over time so I bought a 26 knowing that would happen. I’m in the 31 inch hem here - I sometimes cut the hems on these as well
