It’s okay to stray from the known.
I love having a morning routine, but when I stop being consistent in mine, I don’t give up on having one, I just know it’s time for change:
I love a cup of hot water in the morning (weird I know, but I love the warmth) and then coffee after so that’s staying the same.
I was journaling before and still am going forward but I’ve decided to be more intentional.
Instead of writing about anything, I’m doing a thought download and then a “self coaching model” on one of the thoughts - as taught by the @lifecoachschool
As well as 10 minutes of visualization after too.
