It’s been a little while since I’ve posted what equipment I’m currently using (AND LOVING) for my at-home workouts! I haven’t been to a gym in over 3 years now & I’ve managed to lose & keep off 40lbs! I’ve shifted my focus to toning now & what a difference these small but mighty props have made on my body!
