Yesterday’s shoulder/upper body workout (i remixed it a little 😂) courtesy of Caroline Girvan on YouTube (10/10 recommend subscribing to her channel for any/all of your at-home strength training workouts!). Caroline used dumbbells for all 3 sets while I went from (2) 5lb multi-usage (dumbbell, kettlebell, & weight plate) dumbbells ⇢ (2) 7 ring resistance bands ⇢ (2) 10lb multi-usage dumbbells 💪🏻. Talk about intense 🥵💥!
