My ladies over 40, y’all alright? Under 40–get in a regular workout routine NOW so the transition isn’t as harsh. I worked out off and on in my 20s and early 30s but have been consistent since I was 38 (I’ll be 44 in August). Also look into lifting weights! I can’t tell you how because I don’t even know my damn self—that’s why I train with @_yaziedee, but do it because our bodies and our minds fight the biggest fight against each other and if you don’t workout regularly including lifting, YOU will always lose.
