Next up in our series testing popular budget friendly lip stains is the elf Glossy Lip Stain. 💋 This formula is what I consider a traditional lip stain: very liquidy with a sheer (but strong) color. It starts out glossy but sets matte after sinking in for a few hours, and at that point you can put balm on top without messing it up!
