anxiety has come in different waves. You think by now you will start feeling back to normal. Well…. Not exactly. I tend to occupy myself and push those anxiety down even further. Not deal with them bc “I’ll get over it” but in reality I’m only a ticking time Bomb. , (my poor husband.)This week was it… even though there has been harder times, the more I tend to ignore my feelings and not allow myself a break the worse it became. The more I let the anxiety of every little thing creep in my mind, the harder it was to show myself and others grace. When in reality that is what I really need to show myself. GRACE. As a mom, I have found it very easy to just take the weight of everything around me and pretend it’s ok, bc it’s “what we do”. And then mom guilt sinks in when you want a break . Right? But I’m here to tell you NOOO, even if your not a mom, just anyone - It’s ok to take a break. It’s ok to fail. It’s ok to say it’s hard. It’s ok to show grace- esp to yourself, bc I think that’s the hardest part of grace. Showing yourself grace. All this to say, you are not alone if you are struggling with this. It’s ok to be burned out, take a break ❤️ LTKstyletip LTKunder50
