Can you believe September ended just last week?!

In my family September is a BIG month. There is a birthday every week. My son closes out August and my sister starts September. My mom turned 70 in the middle, and my dad closes us out. So we ate lots of cake, started school, spoke at a conference and shopped fabulous sales. Plus, planning a redo of my son’s room. That’ll take shape in the coming months.

Happy Thursday! TBT to when I was on my way to the office for a Board meeting. The last two weeks have been a flurry of activity with coming back from vacation, going back to school, submitting a presentation for my EMBA and prepping for year end.

That’s why it’s important that sometimes you take a wellness break. I grew up in the school that you push through to vacation but if you take the necessary breaks you won’t crash out at vacation time. So I took a few hours and now I’m in a better headspace. How are you doing today?
