A work day in my life 🫶🏼

I’ve spent the last 4 months working with my team and making the most amazing workout programs. I cannot wait to release the next 2 we have been working on next month!!!

Top 3 fav things about having a separate room (and closet / bathroom)
1. Jake can play video games / watch football in his room before bed while i read in my room before bed
2. We don’t have to clean up after each other / we are responsible for our own rooms (i like my space a specific way and he is more chill about his space. If we shared a room i know for a fact i would get frustrated but since we don’t we never ever ever get in an argument about cleaning)
3. We have our own spaces ahaha i feel like this is a given but i love getting to have spaces that are just for ourselves and our stuff.

Me at 5am because i know there is no version of me that is successful running multiple businesses / having other jobs and projects without this version!!!

I lost over 30lbs this year by changing my habits. The team i did it with (my personal trainer, dietician and certified Pilates instructor) helped me turn it into a program for anyone else who wants to work on their health journey too 🫶🏼

I have also made over 100 recipes (i physically made them for the program like cooked and baked aha, my dietician built them an created them)! These last few months have been the absolute most challenging and rewarding months of my life both mentally and physically and it is the coolest thing ever watching you guys change your lives with the program too. (and also all programs you can do from the gym or from home.)
