⬇️ what i learned while losing 12lbs in 8 weeks: -eating whole foods is why i don’t need to count calories -eating intuitively is easy when your meals consist of one ingredient foods (for the most part) -cutting out seed oils for good was the best decision ever -september meals made me realize my body just doesn’t like a lot of plants (hello chronic bloating issues) — thinking about doing a flexible carnivore diet 🙃 -i’m going to commit to 36 hour fast every month (not just for weight but for longevity) follow along my journey to keep me accountable 🙏🏽 prediabetes insulinresistance weightlossjourney LTKActive LTKFitness
