I bought this dress for something specific and didn’t end up wearing it and then thought, I’ll save it for Italy (which was months away at the time). But like, no, don’t save it—wear it! So I did, to a casual date night and then again, to a dinner, and will bring it with me in two weeks to Italy. When i heard the phrase “the most expensive item in your closet is the one you don’t wear” it hit HARD because it’s so accurate. Why even buy something you won’t use—pure silliness.
