Pirate Night on the Disney Cruise: Elsa Edition! ❄️

Whipped together a very last-minute Elsa pirate look for me and my mini-me for our cruise on the Disney Magic to preview Lighthouse Point!

I decided on it so late that I didn’t have time to sew anything for myself and ended up cutting a fabric tablecloth and crossing my fingers as Steven was packing the car to go to the airport 😅

2 oz - ginger simple syrup (steep ginger in homemade simple syrup)
0.5 oz - fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz - clear passion fruit syrup
1 oz - Empress gin
4 drops - pure mint extract (or muddle 5-6 fresh mint leaves but the extract works better)
1 tiny bit - pink edible luster dust

🧊Shake with ice and pour

TOP LAYER
1oz - Empress gin

🥄use the back of a spoon to layer the gin on top

If you can’t find Empress gin, color white gin with the butterfly pea powder instead.

✨The top was dyed to color-matched ✨the gloves were cut and outfitted with a comms link from Etsy’s “That Corner in Coruscant”
✨the belt was from my son’s Sammie costume on Starcruiser with a few custom-made additions and buckle from my husband
