these lemon bars were the perfect touch of spring & were topped with the dreamiest lemon cashew cream made from lark ellen’s sprouted cashews which blended up so smooth!🤍🕊️ Lemon Bars: Crust: 2 cups of walnuts from lark ellen 6-7 medjool dates 1/2 tsp of pink salt 2 tbs of coconut oil Filling: 1 cup of sprouted cashews from lark ellen 1/2 cup of lemon juice 1 tbs lemon zest 1/4-1/2 cup of maple syrup depending on sweetness preference 1/4 coconut oil melted.
