Conditioning and pelvic floor/core days are my least favorite workouts. I want to feel the burn of lifting heavy. I want the next day soreness of a good lifting session. I want the mental gymnastics of pushing myself to do more. But the conditioning/core days are important too. Connecting to your body. Connecting to your breath.
