to follow up on my must have essentials for pumping + breastfeeding - let’s talk pumps…

The spectra is superior. Thankfully my insurance provided this one! But a must have for emergencies or out and abouts are the MomCozy portable and the Medela hand pump. Big fan of both, but at the end of the day, my spectra is the to-to.
And let’s not forget the Hakka. Depending on how strong your letdowns are, it’s great whole feeding.
