I love the multi-funtional uses of the Always Pan 2.0 including its ability to steam, boil, strain, sautee, fry, braise, serve, and sear. But I must say, my favourite is the fact that it can now go into the oven to bake and roast! I also can’t get enough of their perfect pot, which if I’m in a rush, I do love using to cook pasta, their daily board, which is a primo cutting board that does not slide around when chopping your ingredients, and the chef’s knife a must when deep in prep-work.
