BEER CHEESE DIP // an easy, crowd pleasing one pan recipe, perfect for Super Bowl or cozy weekend afternoons with friends & fam!

Ingredients:
16 oz IPA beer
6 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chives
A LARGE sprinkle of cayenne pepper
A LARGE sprinkle of salt
More chives & cayenne pepper for garnish
Pretzel bites

Instructions:
1) In a cast iron or deep pan, add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, chives, beer, salt & cayenne pepper. Mix together over medium low flame until cheese is melted. Turn heat down to low and continue to stir until cheese thickens & ingredients fully combine. During this time, cook your pretzel bites in the oven.

2) Pour cheese into a large ceramic or serving bowl. Sprinkle top with chives & cayenne pepper. Surround with pretzel bites, serve and enjoy! #appetizers #easyrecipe #cheesesauce

BANG BANG NINER GANG LARGE BATCH MARGARITA!

it's not just PURDY good, it's REALLY good! The perfect large batch marg to root on the 49'ers this Super Bowl Sunday!

INGREDIENTS:
(pitcher holds 90 oz)
20 oz gold tequila
14 oz grand marnier
20 oz lime juice
14 oz sweet & sour mix
14 oz orange juice,
red wine float (we used petite syrah because that's what we used to make but you can use your fave red wine)
margarita salt
ice (I also make football ice cubes just for fun!) edible gold glitter!
INSTRUCTIONS:1) In a large pitcher, add tequila, grand marnier, lime juice, sweet & sour mix and orange juice and mix well.
When ready to serve, fill a margarita glass rimmed with salt with pebble ice, placing football ice cube in the center. Fill glass 3/4 of the way with margaita, then use the bag of a spoon to slowly pour a red wine float. Top with edible gold glitter, serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 12 oz container blue cheese crumbles
18 oz buffalo sauce
12 burrito sized flour quesadillas
1 stick melted butter
ranch & bleu cheese for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, mozzarella, bleu cheese and buffalo sauce. Set aside..

2) brush melted butter on cookie sheet, then layer on tortillas, overlapping each other & on the sides. evenly distribute buffalo chicken mixture on top of tortillas. Place 2 tortillas in the center, on top of the mixture, then fold over tortillas on the edges. Brush on the rest of the butter and add second cookie sheet on top, smashing quesadilla together. Cook for 25-30 minutes.

3) Remove from oven, allow to cool. Cut into pieces (using a pizza cutter). Add ranch and bleu cheese, serve and enjoy! #superbowlsunday #appetizers #buffalochicken #easyrecipe

LARGE BATCH RASPBERRY JALAPEÑO MARGARITAS // the perfect cocktail to batch & pour for your galentines get together!

INGREDIENTS:
32 oz jalapeño infused repasado tequila
16 oz orange liquor
16 oz raspberry simple syrup
16 oz lime juice
Lime wheels, raspberries for garnish
Lime juice + tajin for the rim

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) add tequila, orange liquor, raspberry simple syrup and lime juice to pitcher and mix well. When ready to serve, dip margarita glasses into lime juice and then tajin for rim. Fill with ice, pour margarita & garnish with limes and raspberries. Enjoy!

TIP - you can buy jalapeño tequila already premade or infuse your own. To make your own, slice a jalapeño & add to tequila for 1-3 hours (depending on how spicy you want it). Strain out jalapeño slices & seeds and it’s ready to go!

STRAWBERRIES + CHAMPAGNE FLOATS // a sweet treat to share with your beau on valentines day or with all your girls for a galentines get together!
INGREDIENTS:champagne (or sparkling wine)vanilla ice creamstrawberry preservesstrawberries (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:1) Rim the inside of a martini glass with strawberry preserves. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to the center of the glass, then chopped strawberries. Top with champagne, serve and enjoy!

SNACK STADIUM // The easiest way to impress your guests on super bowl

ITEMS USED:
SLIDERS:
1 24 pack kings hawaiian buns
1 pack sliced sharp cheddar cheeseolive oil
2 lbs ground beef
salt, pepper & garlic powder
1 white onion, diced
shredded cheddar cheese
dollop mayonnaise
sesame seeds
melted butter

STADIUM:
2 tier desk organizers from target dollar spot (amazon also has them!)
Sliders (see above)
1 bag potato chips
1 bag tortilla chips
1 bag pretzel bites
celery sticks
carrot sticks
broccoli
condiments: french onion dip, salsa, ketchup, ranch
1 24 pack sprite cans or soda of choice)
1 24 pack coca cola cans (or soda of choice)
4 12 packs coronas (or beer of choice)

SLIDERS:
1) preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet over medium high heat, head a drizzle of olive oil, then add beef, diced onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt (a sprinkle of each - measure with your heart). Cook until browned and well mixed. Set aside

2) Slice hawaiian buns in half horizontally. add bottoms to a greased glass baking dish and brush with melted butter. Add on sliced cheese, then beef, then shredded cheese, then bun tops. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese melts. Remove from oven & build stadium around sliders.

MY FAVORITE THINGS SALAD // that's literally all i need to say. it's low calorie, full of flavor and easy to large batch (perfect for family gatherings + bridal/baby showers)

INGREDIENTS (measure everything with your heart, will list what i usesd):
arugula (used 2 small boxes)
prosciutto (used 2 packs)
cucumber (used 1 cucumber)
red onion (used 3/4 of a small red onion)
cherry tomatoes (used 1 container)
avocados (used 3)
crumbled feta (used 1 container)
hard boiled eggs (used 6)
juice of 2 lemons
balsamic
flakey salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) dice & slice all salad toppings and combine in a large bowl with arugula. add feta + lemon juice on top and toss. When plating, drizzle balsamic glaze + flakey salt on top of salad. serve and enjoy!

4 INGREDIENT CROCKPOT CHEESE DIP // my best friend Kristen's famous recipe that she makes every time we watch sports together with our guys! IMPORTANT - MUST USE TACO BELL SEASONING (mild OR hot rotel depending on your spice preference)

INGREDIENTS:
32 oz block velveeta cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco bell traditional taco seasoning
1 can rotel chiles and tomatoes (hot or mild)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) brown beef in a pan over medium high heat on the stove with taco seasoning. remove oil and set aside. Add velveeta, rotel & beef to a slow cooker and cook on high until cheese is melted (stirring occasionally). Serve with tortilla chips, enjoy!
