Run the @rungasparilla half marathon with me!! Guys SO MUCH to unpack about this race and my MASSIVE PR 😱 highlights included: 1️⃣feeling strong for the first 7 miles until the sun came out and the humidity caught up to me and my pacing plan that didn’t account for humidity😅😅 2️⃣ taking in gels and salt tabs every 20 mins (6 total gels) to revitalize my energy 3️⃣taking a walk break at mile 10 to regain mental stamina 4️⃣getting a high five from @runmeb at mile 11 when I was struggling (didn’t get a video which I’m so mad about!!) 5️⃣ earning a 4 minute PR in spite of the struggles faced on the course from the humidity. Proud of myself for giving everything I had during this race and never once giving up on myself 🫶 #runwithme #brooksrunningcollective #brookspartner

Run the @nyrr NYC half marathon with me! GUYS this race was INCREDIBLE! I truly went into this race with zero expectations and I’m so glad I did 😭 the crowd support along the route was absolutely insane!! The amount of people along the course who cheered “GO LADY LIBERTY” made me so happy 😭 pro tip: dress in costume for a big race for an extra boost along the course 😂 definitely want to do this one again!

Other great moments: seeing the @brooksrunning team at mile 12 — a great reminder of how many of my teammates also ran this race!!

Wanted to also thank @penandpaces for sending me a poster making kit for the race, which my husband used!! It was perfect because I was able to easily see it along the course and it was super easy to make! Def bringing it with me to London!!
