After gateway trails, we always love to eat at The Thumb which is a gas station believe it or not, with an amazing menu and gigantic curated gift shop that I can spend hours in! Ordered the brisket salad and it was delish!! *oh and maybe the best part is their music selection that’s piped outside as well - my favorites were playing like Dave Matthews and Blues Traveler - I was so in the zone - one of my all time favorite pit stops in Scottsdale!!!
