Never let anyone tell you your clock is ticking, or you’re too old, or you’re past your prime. Because it really only matters how we feel about ourselves. Nothing wrong with being confident and comfortable in our skin. Also, let’s be clear…I know I’m definitely NOT perfect. I see many flaws when I look in the mirror. But here’s the thing, I saw many flaws when I was in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s too. I just try and be as healthy and happy as I possibly can no matter what my age is.
