I loved that the story showcases two timelines in the story that of Darcey an art history student and that of Brazilian painter Ana. Darcey needs an updated thesis for her degree and Archie happens to come into her life at just the right moment offering her the opportunity to investigate Ana. Ana was his great grandmother who was on the verge of modern art stardom before her sudden disappearance.
