GETTING MY LIFE TOGETHER: day three! ✍🏽✨ if you start + end your day frustrated, this routine is going to be for you too!
TODAY’S GOAL: actually take a moment in the morning to start my day off right by practicing gratitude + centering myself. Taking the time to really reflect on what I’m grateful for, what would make today great, and daily affirmations are going to be a game changer! I have done this in the past, but never stuck with it so I am hoping I can incorporate this habit into both my morning routine and my night routine! TBD if I can do it longer than a week lol 😂
UPDATE TO DAYS 1 & 2 building upon the habits day by day: I have gotten up & “ready” first thing two days in a row now AND cleaned my office yesterday before I went to bed so I woke up to a nice, clean office this morning! About to clean it up after today’s chaos right now while filling out my evening portion of the 5 minute journal so I can have a great day tomorrow too! 🙌🏽
