If possible maybe 2 sizes down in short would work. Turtleneck: xs Effortless pants: 0 “shorter” - I sized up in the pants, wearing the shorter length. In a size 0 this length has a 28” inseam and I still need a low heel with them. Belt: xs My measurements for reference: 4’10” 105lbs bust, waist, hips 32”, 24”, 35” size 5 shoe. 25” inseam measurement to my ankle bone. LTKSeasonal
