Ingredients: 1 cup room temperature butter // 4 cups powdered sugar // 1/3 cup cold heavy whipping cream // 2 tsp vanilla extract // 1/8 tsp salt // Method: •Beat room temperature butter with mixer for 1 minute. •Add powdered sugar slowly one cup at a time. •Whip at high speed for 3 minutes. •Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and salt. •Whip for 4 minutes. •Pipe or spread onto cooled cake or cupcakes. // This recipe will frost 24 cupcakes or a 9-inch two layer cake.
