My favorites of the month were the first two books in Frieda McFadden’s Housemaid series! I’ve yet to read a book by her that didn’t hook me. If you’re like me then you probably have some wrapping paper that feels too cute to just use for present wrapping! That’s how I felt about some of the prints I have from @evelynhenson’s collection and after seeing some creative 3D paper stars I decided to try to make my own. If you can cut and fold and pick out wrapping paper you love then you can make these!

I’ve shared everything I used to make them including the star template in case you want to decorate with them too. I have plans to make more to match our decor and even want to figure out a way to make a larger version to use as a tree topper!

Gearing up for the Super Bowl of table setting, Thanksgiving! Although we won’t be hosting this year I can’t help but enjoy pulling out some of my hosting bests to put together a turkey worthy tablescape using some seasonal favorites. My @thehorsehoecrab monogrammed Essential Dinner Napkins are the star of the show and inspired my color scheme for this table! I opted for the Kiawah font with my initials and their team could not have been better to work with sharing a few different thread color options and how the colors would look together. Happy @amazonprime day to those who are celebrating! While I know most people are looking for specific deals, I’m using it as an excuse to share some of my favorite Amazon finds that we have in our home. I can’t guarantee they will all be on sale, but even at regular price they’ve become the perfect accents in our space and are worth sharing!

It still feels a little early to fully switch my closet over to fall clothes, but that hasn’t stopped me from adding in some dresses for the season! I fell in love with @BEYONDbyVera’s pieces in the spring and can’t get enough of their new prints and silhouettes for fall. From everyday pieces to the perfect looks for holiday cards and gatherings I’m already envisioning where all I’ll be wearing them in the months to come!

I had so much fun trying on so many of their different silhouette combinations and can’t wait to have one of my own hanging in my closet after making my bridesmaids promise to let me borrow theirs! #ad

If I worked in a corporate setting these Amazon dresses would be on repeat in every color, and even without working in an office I’ll be reaching for them any chance I get! At under $50 each pair them with these cute flats (also from Amazon) in your favorite color for the easiest look that is affordable and will leave you feeling put together!I’m wearing a medium in both dresses but probably could’ve stuck to a small in the midi version (although size up if you are larger in the chest or shoulders). Retailers releasing fall new arrivals and the thought of cooler temperatures has me eager to start dressing for the season ahead despite knowing the summer heat will stick around a bit longer! I ordered a few new arrivals from H&M to try on for fall and thought it could be fun to share them here.

Wearing a Julia Amory Jane Dress in Twilight in my guest bedroom wallpaper reveal reel. I sized up to a medium in this dress and am glad I did since a small would have fit tight across my bottom! If your figure is a bit more straight then stick to your regular size, but otherwise you’ll want to size up

Over the summer I upgraded our guest bedroom’s walls from a yellow I did not love to this Amazon grasscloth wallpaper by society social! I opted for the color whisper blue and used about 11 rolls for a standard size room (with two windows and a closet with two doors). I’ve linked the wallpaper and the wallpaper application kit that made installation much smoother (quite literally)!

I saw The Hungry Hooker share this etsy dress vendor and I ordered two different styles in three patterns! I’m wearing a small in all the styles and love the shorter style for summer and early fall and the maxi for any season. They come in so many prints but it did take over a month to arrive, so order your color and patterns accordingly! The material isn’t super thick so I wear a half slip under each of them just to make sure they aren’t see through.
