My husband was an electrician for 20 years & blew my mind when he changed all our light bulbs from 2700k to 4000k. He said anything lower than 4000k feels too yellow for him & higher feels too blue & sterile. Don’t tell him I said this, but he’s right! While it’s all personal preference, no right or wrong answer, we are a 4000k bulb house! Light bulb color/warmth is measured in Kelvin (the “k” at the end of the number on the bulb). The lower the number, the warmer/more golden the color. The higher, the more white/blue! I actually love having these customizable bulbs in our home! I like the moody vibes of the 3000k option but love the 4000k cheery vibe too! So I linked them here! LTKHome LTKStyleTip
