- We do not hard wire wall sconces in this house (& my husband is an electrician)! We use remote controlled, rechargeable light bulbs! Depending on the weight of your sconce, you can also use command photo hanging strips to hang the sconce for a totally renter friendly project!
- I wanted to let the natural light in but still have privacy so I used decorative window film! No adhesive, they are installed by static so you just spray with water & adhere! Ours have been up for 3 years & come in tons of styles & colors, I linked 10+ varieties!
- Frame TV not in your budget? Mine either! So I used a $3 roll of decorative tape & searched “framed image” on the YouTube app! The “frame” you see is all the YouTube image! We only leave our TV on like this when we are hosting a party or just for fun a few hours at a time. We don’t leave it on 24/7 so no, it won’t burn the image into your tv (& you can also search for a slide show version if you want to leave it on longer so the images change out)!

I’m a plus size (5’2”, size 16/XL) on a health journey. I’ve lost 50lbs in the last 2 years BUT we are more than a number on the scale. Our value is not in what we look like but in who we are. I also share the importance of my mental health journey & how that has impacted every aspect of my life

I love an aesthetic space as much as anyone but you won’t find me painting or wallpapering the inside of my linen closet 😬 I also don’t believe in spending $$$$ on “pretty” baskets no one will ever see. I am using $5 plastic bins I’ve had for 15 years + my label maker. What I will do is buy those vacuum bags to make storing the 742 extra blankets & pillows we have waaaay easier & take up about 1/10 of the space as before! You also won’t find me building my own shelves when these wire shelf covers cost less than the wood to do so!!

The details:

Both start off with a 4”x6” photo & creating a 4 photo collage (I use the app PicFrame to create photo collages), cut them apart. You can order prints online or I also linked my fav at home photo printer!

I love thrifting large bowls but I also linked several pretty ones that would be beautiful on a coffee table or shelf filled with pics!

The photo magnets were so easy to make! Just taped the pics in place on the vintage inspired frames (also come in black, silver & white) & added adhesive magnets to the back!

The small paintings I added are vintage but I linked some affordable styles I found on Amazon too if you’d like to get the same gallery wall look!
