Outside of doing internal/healing work I think the best wellness gifts focus on nutrition and avoiding so many of the known toxins in our water and food. Cooking at home helps you avoid seed oils, limit sugar, use organic ingredients and humanely raised/cleanly fed animal products!
You cannot out exercise a bad diet!
I love this walking pad and standing desk set up for while I work but I think cleaning up your water (avoiding plastic bottles and contaminated tap water) with this reverse osmosis filter (this is the exact one we have under our sink and it’s quiet and small compared to others I’ve tried) is even more important. Staying hydrated with the best water you can get your hands on is so important. Don’t forget to remineralize your water if you use an RO system! I’ll link the drops I use.
I also am a big advocate for cooking at home as much as possible (I also love to eat out) and cooking with clean foods on non toxic cookware. This pan is a splurge but it’s so much lighter than a traditional cast iron skillet and if you keep it seasoned it wipes clean very easily.
I’m also adding a link to the levels monitor because I think controlling your blood sugar through lifestyle choices has a huge impact on every body system (including mood and energy levels). Wearing a continuous glucose monitor helped me make a few small changes in things that were spiking my blood sugar more than I knew (using heavy cream instead of milk in my coffee and taking a quick walk after meals whenever possible). When you have access to the data it’s easy to make small shifts in your lifestyle that will have big impact!

I am also adding the collagen both Chris and Marissa love as well as the calendar that has made for way more accountability in my house (peace of mind 🙏🏼).
