Target has some of the best spring and summer clothes! I love their active skirts, tops, and dresses! All of the skirts have shorts built in and are high waisted! I can’t wait to wear all of mine when it gets warm out! They also have some awesome dresses for summer events and vacations! The red dress is my favorite and is super lightweight!
