The Izzie fleece @frankandeileen dress is the piece I didn’t know I needed. This will be my go to dress for fall and winter. All I have to do is add a pair of boots or cute sneakers and I’m ready to go. I love the green, but I might want to try another color too. The great part is how comfy this is -and flattering! I went with a medium in this and it was perfect.

I think this is my Thanksgiving day dress !

The Carmel Travel Set from Frank & Eileen is super flattering and comfortable! The cute cut and the material give a chic twist to this jogger set. I think the white is so good for summer and I’ll wear it on the plane to a Hawaii and on a road trip up the California coast later this summer. The navy is also a great color…. I obsessed with these sets!

I love this linen set ! These are so great for travel.. The pants darling over a swimsuit or with a cotton sweater.. The top can do double duty as a jacket and with shorts. I’ll be wearing this to dinners and taking it to Hawaii this summer.

Our bedroom rug! I finally choose one and so happy with it. It’s hand knotted wool by Stark. Very soft underfoot too. Love the soft colors.
Our bed is such nice quality of a heavy linen that has a beachy feel. I still have to choose a wallpaper.

These lanterns from Target and solar powered lights are making our yard look really cute and feel like a resort. The lanterns are tough and will last and look so nice. I have one on my front patio too.

The solar outdoor candles are the best!! Never need to replace batteries. They do get enough sun to power them just sitting in the lanterns. I use these all over the yard .

Pillows are from few seasons back, but I’ll link to similar cotton ones . The rug is a denim knit rug from Serena & Lily, but from a few years ago. I’m linking to their current one.

Loving this monochromatic look. Pulled a few things from my closet to create this!

Céline bag is older as are the Tory Burch sandals, but added similar ones here. The shorts are so nice! They are sold out in the darker shade. This grey is also nice color.
Scarf is vintage Lulu Guinness, but I added a similar silk one!

I’ve been wearing this French Connection sweater non stop. It’s the perfect length for some of these higher waisted, jeans and pants and it’s also cute, wrapped around the shoulders and not too heavy for spring. The rails jeans I cuffed up myself. I use some super sticky tape inside to hold them.

Love this dress with the drop waist and ruffles and it’s a steal. It runs large so I bought a small. I’m 138 and 5’4. It also comes in a darling black stripe. #springdress

My new Serena and Lily side table in my office! Love this cutie and it elevates the space I think. The glass top really makes it. Perfect for a lamp or a drink or books. The chairs are from a local shop, but these are nearly the same.

Our new office space/guest room for Max’s study. Max did the stick and prep wallpaper (on the blog) and it came out so great! I was super happy! The little daybed is comfy and looks cute with a grey blue quilt tucked around it and some end pillows and a few others..
