It’s the little details that make the biggest difference in a closet and these motion sensor lights from Amazon always do the trick! ☺️

They turn on when you come in like a big HELLO (as Eden said) and they turn off when you leave! But the best part is you can actually see what you own which makes such a difference in a closet.

It’s Hubbies turn! In part 4 of Organizing Eden we take on his side of the closet! We added shelves and removed bit bulky drawers that were not working in the space. Put winter items in containers with lids and of course did a bit more purging.

My biggest tip for sharing a closet with your significant other:

Remove off season clothes and travel items ex: suitcases, ski clothes etc. out of primary closet

Purge on a regular basis

Use vertical space on shelves

In part 3 of Organizing Eden we are simplifying and organizing her bathroom so her mornings are a breeze! ✨

The first step was to do a big purge so she only had items that she needs and uses in the bathroom. People often have multiples of things they don’t need or use so keep one and let the rest go.👋🏼

Once purging was done we removed the shelving under the sink and the existing drawer organizers that were not working. I brought in new stackable drawers, lazy susan and drawer organizers to add storage and make everything more accessible for her busy mornings.🏃‍♀️

Remember to consider your plumbing when you are organizing under a sink and measure accordingly.📏

We’re so pleased with the results and Eden is loving it! What do you think? 😊

Eden shares a closet with her husband and the clutter had spiraled out of control to the point it was affecting their daily routines and mental health. So we decided to do something about that! 😊

In part 2 of Organizing Eden we added drawers for Eden in the closet so she could have all of her running gear in one area for those early morning runs! I used the Elfa drawers @thecontainerstore because they come in a variety of colors and sizes and they are easy to put together which is always a plus.💙
