We are religious Owlet users. The Owlet cam is used for literally every nap and overnight sleep and when Sophie was an infant she wore the sock daily to monitor her heart rate and oxygen levels. Now that she is a toddler we only pull it out when she is sick and need to keep an extra close eye on her vitals, but it gives us SUCH peace of mind — highly recommend the duo!
