I grew up baking and cooking with my mom and love that I am instilling that in my girls and love even more when we can all be in the kitchen together 🥰
I’m Cuban so I am no stranger to a full and passionate kitchen and obviously lots of yummy meals 😋 🇨🇺 my Hispanic heritage is such a big part of who I am and as I’ve gotten older I appreciate more and more how much we prioritize our family time especially whipping up all the fun meals and treats in the kitchen!
For today’s recipe I grabbed everything I needed from @Target (along with several things I probably didn’t *need* but we all know we let Target tell us what we need) 😜 we used @generalmills @bettycrocker Yellow Cake Mix and a handful of ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!
🎃🍁PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE RECIPE🍁🎃
FOR THE CAKE:
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup milk
3 whole eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Nonstick cooking spray
FOR THE FROSTING:
1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Vanilla Frosting
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Greenery or flowers to decorate 🌿
Mix cake ingredients then pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes then microwave frosting for 1 minute then drizzle on top and sprinkle with cinnamon!
