The primer and mascara combo I have been using. I do a coat of primer- let dry until “tacky”- but not totally dry then apply mascara. I like the brush and formula in this mascara - doesn’t clump and lengthens and thickens lashes. LTKfindsunder50 LTKover40 LTKbeauty
