One more week until we find out the gender of the baby and all the changes will begin to take place in our household! Jonah will get one of the girls bed frame for his new big boy bed, we’ll begin clearing out closet space for Paityn to move into Reese’s bedroom and their headboards will go down to the basement for storage. The girls are excited for the new bunk bed. ✨Deep breath✨ it’s a lot 😅 but it’s all good and exciting stuff!

✨Powder Rooms ✨ are where your personality shines! Whether moody, welcoming, glamorous and so on, powder rooms are a great way to increase the vibrance of the home. When doing this powder room, we went with a chevron marble tile for an accent wall, a pivot mirror (currently on clearance!) and contrasted the colors of the space with a black finish vanity. The before and after of this space is simply jaw dropping and stunning 🤍🖤

One thing I don’t talk about often is how I used to work at Nordstrom. I worked there about 15 years ago and loved my job so much. My favorite part was putting outfits together for family photos and events for each person in the family. I loved coordinating colors, as well as finding new and styles to complete each look. My page shares mostly home decor styles, but I’ll throw in a mix of outfits as well from time to time.

Reminiscing on when we put together my daughter’s big girl bedroom. I was 8 months pregnant when we completed it. The petal headboard is absolutely the focal point of the room, tying it all together with other rattan pieces such as her nightstands, wall decor and more.

This bedroom is soon going to be transformed yet, once again pretty soon to make room for the new baby we’ll be welcoming in February. This bedroom will accommodate both of my daughters and will include a bunk bed. Lots of shifts are going to be happening here soon. ✨Look for Less✨ I found this stunning 3-drawer nightstand at an amazing price! It’s similar to one from Crate & Barrel, but honestly, I think it's even better. I prefer drawers over a cabinet door for nightstands—it's so much easier to stay cozy in bed and grab what you need without getting up. Yes, I actually think about these things! 🤣It’s more practical 🫶🏼

It's incredibly rewarding when a former client loves your vignette so much that you get to recreate and elevate a similar one just for her. She admired the Jesus artwork I won in a giveaway a few years ago, and we found a similar piece to bring her space to life and add meaning. A tall vase and a lamp at each end of the console provided balance to the smaller pieces in the center.

I do miss helping people transform their houses into homes but for now, I’ll be sharing past projects and ideas to help you get your home on track 🫶🏼
