✨Powder Rooms ✨ are where your personality shines! Whether moody, welcoming, glamorous and so on, powder rooms are a great way to increase the vibrance of the home. When doing this powder room, we went with a chevron marble tile for an accent wall, a pivot mirror (currently on clearance!) and contrasted the colors of the space with a black finish vanity. The before and after of this space is simply jaw dropping and stunning 🤍🖤

Are you hesitant about installing wallpaper yourself? I was too, but I gave it a try and it turned out really well! It's not perfect, but it's great. Despite a few imperfections, I'd definitely do it again for a low-traffic area, like my kids' bedroom. For high-traffic areas, though, I'd definitely hire a professional. The nursery for my boy ended up being special and meaningful without going overboard on the sailor or whale theme.

This project was a real challenge due to our tight budget, but we made it work. We decided against a shower door and I have no regrets! Instead, we installed a glass panel to keep the water in, and it’s been a game-changer—fewer moldy corners and an easy wipe-down. Our vanity is made from kitchen stock cabinets, topped with a stunning quartz countertop from my friends at Exotic Granite and Marble in Shelby Twp, MI. Got questions? I’m here for them!

✨Look for Less✨ I found this stunning 3-drawer nightstand at an amazing price! It’s similar to one from Crate & Barrel, but honestly, I think it's even better. I prefer drawers over a cabinet door for nightstands—it's so much easier to stay cozy in bed and grab what you need without getting up. Now that Jonah is getting older, it’s almost time to find the perfect big boy bed for him. But I’m not ready to let go of all the effort I put into creating his nursery. From picking out the right rocking chair and lamp to all the little details, it’s hard to believe I’m already at the point of choosing his big boy bed 😭. My mama heart isn’t ready for him to grow up 💔.
