Are you hesitant about installing wallpaper yourself? I was too, but I gave it a try and it turned out really well! It's not perfect, but it's great. Despite a few imperfections, I'd definitely do it again for a low-traffic area, like my kids' bedroom. For high-traffic areas, though, I'd definitely hire a professional. The nursery for my boy ended up being special and meaningful without going overboard on the sailor or whale theme.

Instead, we installed a glass panel to keep the water in, and it’s been a game-changer—fewer moldy corners and an easy wipe-down.
