Stop using actives Use LED mask every day to reduce inflammation (helps with itchiness and redness too) Don't use any eye creams or actives - just apply a thick moisturizer (I like Delikate Moisture cream - it's almost like a balm, but still a cream) and then top with Avene Cicalfate. I love Avene Cicalfate because it's kind of like diaper rash cream - thick enough to help protect the barrier, but also moisturizes and soothes. I love to use it around my nose when it gets chapped or any other eczema spots
